This page will give you information about ordering, paying and accepting delivery from Hampshire Uniforms, this should be read in conjunction with our full Terms and Conditions.

Orders should be placed on our website, although from time to time, we may agree to accept orders via Telephone or by other means. We prefer orders via our website to help keep accurate Stock Levels. To start the order process, you will need to add the required Uniform into the shopping cart. You will need to create an account, or log into an active account, to complete the order process.

All accounts will need to agree to our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

When completing an order you will be required to pay immediately online, payment information will be required at the checkout stage. All payments are processed by our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe, a leading online card processing gateway.

We accept all UK Visa and Mastercard, debit or credit, cards, we also allow Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to device availability. Transaction details may appear as ‘Stripe – Hampshire Uniforms’ or ‘Stripe – Ezecoms LTD’ or of a similar form.

We do not accept payments over the phone or in person.

You can specify any UK address, this could be yours, a neighbours or even a work address. If the delivery address is different to the billing address, we may need to carry additional security checks, this may delay your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay, if the address you entered is incorrect or incomplete.

We will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as we can. However, despatch times can vary, especially during peak times, August/September and December/January. Despatch times will depend on if the item is ‘in stock’, ready to be despatched, or if the item ‘can be backordered’. Items marked ‘can be backordered’ is either we have plain garments ready to be embroidered, or we are awaiting plain stock from one of our suppliers. We will update you with a guide timeframe of when the item will be ready, any update given is not a promise and is subject to change.

Orders may be delivered by ourselves directly, or by a courier of our choosing. We reserve the right to choose which method we believe is best suited for your order. Orders despatched by courier may require a signature on delivery, if nobody is available when they try to deliver, they may leave in a safe place or leave a calling card to rearrange delivery.

We currently offer free of charge delivery.
